It is not always what you feel- A Sugar Sensorial Analysis

Mihail Balaban  was invited to the final D-PATH conference to offer a full day abut healthy food  given his specialism in nutritional gastronomy,  outstanding experience with cooking shows and trainings on healthy food, producer of canned food and . He completed a master's degree with the specialization "Nutrition" at the Faculty of Food Science and Engineering, Galati, Romania

He gave a great workshop of nutritional education and tasting of products with and without sugar . His  cooking is based on nutritional principles and  rules both at home and for clients.

During his cooking show, Mihail Balaban made a demonstration with four sweet products based on strawberries. Although products appeared  to be different,  the general impression was that they were not . 1o volunteers not allergic to strawberries  were invited to take part in the demonstration and the results are given below.
